The ARRL Emergency Communication Handbook think it's a must for EOC Net Operators. I got this book a while back Personal Emergency Communications: Staying in Touch Post-Disaster: Technology, Gear and Planning which got me interested in all types of communications. I know I often say this is a hobby, but in reality I got into this because of my grandmother and mother which both suffered from alzheimer's disease and had gone thru a few hurricanes with no communications at all. So this is more of my need to protect and help my family, and others as well. Hope this helps anyone interested in EOC Nets or Personal Emergency Communications. 😉
