EOC Net Suggestion: Maybe have an actual in person meeting for the training - explaining paperwork, procedures (online video) will be good to cut the time on the EOC Nets for more practice for simulated Nets. Assign practice partners for each EOC Net and give them scripts ahead of time for simulated scenarios.
